The 10th China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Corrosion and Protection Technology Exchange Conference

Contributions of Papers

All petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and related entities are encouraged to have their personnel prepare and submit papers.

Papers should be relevant to the scope of the call for papers and must not have been published in domestic or international journals or presented at other conferences. They should reflect and represent the latest achievements and development levels of global and Chinese petroleum and petrochemical corrosion and protection technologies, and comply with the confidentiality regulations of the state and each entity.

(1) Paper Exchange and Awards

1. Papers will be reviewed by the Academic Committee of the Conference. Excellent papers submitted on time and meeting the requirements will be compiled into the "Proceedings of the China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Corrosion and Protection Technology Exchange Conference" and officially published by the Petrochemical Industry Press;

2. Authors of outstanding papers will be invited to present at the conference.

(2) Paper Requirements

Papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. All illustrations in the paper must be separately packaged and provided in vector graphics or high-resolution image files.

1. Abstract: Strictly follow the four-element structure of Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Chinese papers must provide abstracts in both Chinese and English; English papers only need to provide an English abstract. The Chinese abstract must be no less than 500 characters, and the English abstract no less than 500 words.

2. Submit a brief biography of the first author in both Chinese and English, including name, affiliation, position and professional title, highest degree and graduation date, university, major, address, email, phone number, and current research focus.

3. Only original submissions will be accepted; simultaneous submissions to other conferences or journals are strictly prohibited. Papers should demonstrate foresight, innovation, practicality, and applicability. Submissions unrelated to the field of oil and gas engineering will not be considered. Authors are advised to keep a personal copy, as manuscripts will not be returned.

4. Each paper should be structured into four sections: Introduction (research background and objectives), Technical Approach and Methodology (approaches and methods used to address the problem), Results and Outcomes (research findings and their practical applications), and Conclusion (final insights and key takeaways).

5. All submitted papers will undergo plagiarism checks; manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding 15% will not be accepted.

6. Authors are responsible for the content of their papers, which must be reviewed and approved by their respective institutions.

7. The conference reserves the right to review and edit submitted papers according to publication requirements. Upon authorization by the author, the conference holds the copyright for accepted papers.
